The first step within a coaching program is to gain insights in one’s own behaviour and the impact of this on the working environment. By realizing an adjusted and highly aware level of behaviour, people get better grip on their business approach and their edited value within the organisation they work for.
Related to coaching there are two options:
- Coaching preceded by a ProTurn program
- Coaching based on an intake procedure with the coachee(s) and their direct leaders.
Based on a proper analysis of people, processes and procedures, we start to build a pragmatic coaching program. The daily work life environment of the coachee is key in our Guidance & Permanent Education.
