Start with online tests and analyses
A candidate/ participant will be asked to answer a variety of online questions. With a Personal Profile Analysis the individual will be analysed on his/her dominancy, interaction, stability and conformity. We distinguish self-image, behaviour at work and behaviour under pressure.
A personal interview
Based on the outcome of the online assesment, the assessors compose a personal interview in combination with a series of on the spot tests and analyses. This takes approximately 2 hours.
Outcome assessment + recommendations
The assessors combine the outcome of the on- and offline assesment results and compose, based on all assembled information, their recommendations. Both the participant and the direct leader will get a clear understanding of the core strengths and weaknesses of the person who completed the assessment. This way both know exactly what needs to be done in order to reach the required results.
This proven and successful routing can also be applied when recruiting or during a selection process. It provides you with very reliable information which shows you which candidate best fit your role.
